Our Experience
With over 25 years of experience in the management of headache and facial pain disorders. We have looked after a significant number of complex headache and facial pain patients who are refractory to treatment. We run the foremost tertiary/quaternary referral centre for headache disorder in the UK. Running the largest NHS service in the UK we have driven the innovation in several procedures including cranial nerve blocks. We have comprehensive services set up for Botox, CGRP monoclonal antibodies and for Neuromodulation in complex and refractory patients. We have extensive experience in altering patients oral treatment, administering procedural treatments as well as invasive Neuromodulation and surgery.

Our Expertise
Running the foremost referral centre for headache in the UK we have extensive expertise in the management of headache and facial pain. Managing a large group of patients with migraine, new daily persistent headaches, trigeminal autonomic cephalgias, trigeminal neuralgia and CSF pressure dysregulation to list but a few. We have the largest number of patients receiving Botox and CGRP monoclonal antibodies for migraine under our care. Our centre also looks after the largest population of trigeminal autonomic cephalgias including those refractory to treatment and requiring surgical intervention. We are also the foremost centres for CSF leaks in the UK. We work closely with our Neurosurgical, Neuro-otology, Psychology and Physiotherapy colleagues to give the best possible care to our patients.
